Shift: Day/Night shifts available depending on snow conditions
Job Description: We are looking for dependable and hardworking Snow Shovelers to join our winter operations team. As a snow shoveler, you will be responsible for clearing snow and applying salt or ice melt to ensure safe pedestrian pathways and entrances.
Responsibilities:
- Manually shovel snow from sidewalks, driveways, and other areas as required.
- Apply salt, sand, or ice melt to surfaces to prevent slip hazards.
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines during snowstorms and inclement weather.
- Follow safety procedures to avoid injury or accidents.
- Collaborate with other team members and report to supervisors for assignments.
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary, but previous experience in snow shoveling or physical labor is a plus.
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time.
- Physically able to lift and carry heavy loads of snow.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for early morning or overnight shifts.
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage.
