Shift: Day/Night shifts available, depending on snow conditions
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Tractor Operator to join our snow removal team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating tractors and other heavy equipment to clear snow from roads, driveways, and parking lots. This is a critical position that ensures the safety and accessibility of our community during winter months.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors equipped with snow removal attachments to clear snow from designated areas.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding snow conditions and completion of tasks.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment immediately.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience operating tractors or similar equipment is required.
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions and during early mornings, late evenings, or overnight shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
